Responsibilities:• Backend (70%) ・・ Architect, build, and optimize high-performance APIs and backend services in Node.js (primary), with contributions in Python and GoLang.
- Work with MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and DynamoDB to design and tune data flows for speed and scalability.
- Tackle large-scale distributed system challenges ・・ billions of events, massive datasets, and sub-second response times.
- Frontend (30%) ・・ Build responsive, modern UIs using React, TypeScript, Tailwind, HTML/CSS to bring features to life.
- Collaborate across product, data, and design to deliver full-stack features from idea to deployment.
- Profile, debug, and optimize performance across the stack ・・ no silos, no hand-offs.
- Contribute to architecture, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
Requirements:• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record in backend/API development.
- Deep expertise in Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript) for backend systems.
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Tailwind, HTML/CSS for frontend work.
- Hands-on experience with at least one NoSQL database (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or DynamoDB).
- Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to figure things out fast.
- Familiarity with Python or GoLang (bonus if both).
- Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving, Agile environment.
- Bonus: AWS experience and background in large-scale distributed systems.
