Requirements

• Experience as a game designer for 3+ years;

• Good understanding of the game market in the WEB3 and P2E segments;

• Strong STEM background;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and similar tools;

• Portfolio of launched projects (at least two) and experience working on them as a game designer;

• Experience creating and maintaining game documentation: concept documents, game design documents;

• Ability to work with analytical systems, understanding of product metrics, and ability to draw conclusions based on data received;

• Ability to set goals and focus on results of work;

• Proactive and energetic.

Responsibilities

• Managing the mechanics and game content development by the general concept of the game;

• Being responsible for results;

• Development and improvement of the project's metagame based on gathered statistics and analysis;

• Developing and improving the in-game economy and monetization;

• Calculating balance sheets and analyzing game statistics;

• Creating and controlling the GDD;

Close interaction with the project team.

Nice to have

English B1; •

BS or BA in Math, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field; •

Good knowledge of web3 technologies, mostly about NFTs, Staking, L1 and L2s, Pooling, and other basic DeFi concepts.
