Role OverviewMagna is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our presence in the crypto and Web3 space. As a BDR, you will be on the front lines of our growth efforts, sourcing and qualifying leads, building relationships, and fueling the sales pipeline. You’ll play a pivotal role in connecting with key stakeholders and expanding our customer base.
A major part of this role will involve attending industry conferences to network with potential clients, generate leads, and strengthen Magna’s brand presence. You will be expected to proactively engage with founders, investors, and decision-makers at these events, converting conversations into tangible business opportunities.
This position starts as a 90-day contract, with the opportunity for a full-time role based on performance and company needs.
Responsibilities• Prospect and engage new clients within the crypto/Web3 ecosystem.
- Represent Magna at industry conferences, leveraging in-person interactions to build relationships and generate high-quality leads.
- Engage in daily outreach on platforms like Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn to identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers.
- Maintain and manage a structured pipeline of engaged prospects, working closely with sales executives to drive conversions.
- Leverage networking opportunities to drive referrals and organic growth through industry relationships.
- Diligently update and track prospecting efforts within our CRM.
- Report directly to the Head of Business Development with weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates on outreach efforts and results.
What We’re Looking For• Strong knowledge of the crypto/Web3 landscape and familiarity with key industry players.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with a natural ability to connect with people.
- A proactive, self-starter mentality-comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Ability to travel for conferences and networking events as needed.
- Experience in sales, business development, or a related role is a plus.
