SQD offers a suite of development tools and products built on top of a state-of-the-art decentralised data lake. Developers can use custom indexers and data pipelines to serve data to applications across the Decentralized Finance, Metaverse, Social, and NFT verticals.
We are now looking for a skilled Virtual/ Executive Assistant to boost our companies efficiency for our C-suit and founders.
Requirements:• 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role in a fast-paced startup or tech company.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English fluency required).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Experience handling calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Ability to draft and proofread emails, reports, and presentations.
- Self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Interest in crypto, blockchain, or Web3 is a big plus.
- Ability to work CET time zones.
Responsibilities:• Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the Co-Founders and CPO.
- Handle email correspondence, document preparation, and follow-ups.
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense tracking, and logistics.
- Organise internal meetings, team events, and investor relations support.
- Conduct basic research on Web3 trends, partnerships, and competitors.
- Support in hiring, onboarding, and administrative tasks.
- Act as a gatekeeper and key point of contact for executives.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks to streamline operations and executive workflow.
