About the role
We're seeking an exceptional Interaction Designer to join our industry leading team of designers, technologists, researchers, and builders. As part of ZILO's Web3 team, you'll create meaningful user experiences, shape a new design language, and remove friction to improve the lives of both crypto natives and traditional investors moving into CeFi and DeFi. This role combines UX, interaction design, prototyping, and visual design expertise to redefine how people interact with Web3 and Web2 technologies. Working in our collaborative, close-knit team, you'll have a critical role in reimagining the future of financial services.
Responsibilities • Demonstrate expertise with industry-standard design and prototyping tools to translate ideas into realistic, interactive concepts.
- Ensure that design solutions meet the needs and behaviours of our customers.
- Apply design and interaction principles to create intuitive, useful, engaging, and beautiful experiences.
- Exhibit a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of human-centred design principles to help transition users to Web3.
- Approach design challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset, leveraging your design expertise to identify and implement innovative solutions.
- Thrive in a team setting where autonomy and initiative are essential.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, designers, technologists, and researchers, to solve complex challenges.
- Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members.
- Advocate for the prioritisation of design centred changes, refinements, and improvements.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in human interface design, interaction design, or equivalent.
- Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.
- 5+ years of product design or UX.
