Responsibilities
- Lead the product strategy and vision for MoviePass, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and enhancements.
- Define and track key performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement and inform product roadmap.
- Mentor and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Communicate product updates and roadmaps to internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

- A deep passion for movies and entertainment, with a thorough understanding of the industry.
- Extensive product management experience, ideally in a subscription-based business or entertainment technology.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
- A track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in both legacy web2 and web3
- Experience in tokenization and blockchain
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong background in user experience design and customer insights.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in entertainment and media.
- Experience working with engineering teams and understanding of technical concepts.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
