What you will be doing

  • Be at the forefront of the blockchain, DeFi, and digital assets revolution by identifying and pursuing high-impact business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key players in institutional investment, fintech, exchanges, and blockchain projects to elevate our ecosystem.
  • Leverage your expertise and network to onboard new clients and investors, ensuring they're always growing and expanding in the right direction.
  • Team up with internal experts to craft compelling sales strategies, pitch decks, and business proposals that stand out in a competitive market.
  • Keep a sharp eye on market trends, competitor movements, and emerging tech to position the company as a leader in the digital assets space.
  • Be the face of the company at top industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, driving brand recognition and fostering impactful connections.
  • What you will need
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within fintech, crypto, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and DeFi.
  • Proven ability to close deals, negotiate partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
