We are seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, and animation, with a passion for creating visually compelling content across various digital platforms. You will play a key role in crafting engaging multimedia materials that communicate our brand message effectively and resonate with our target audience. You will have responsibility for visual communication projects for different types of media to create engaging experiences.
What will you do
- Design and Create: Develop and execute high-quality multimedia content, including videos, animations, 3D visuals and gamification content for a range of different communication channels including websites, social media, email, public relations, advertising, events and presentations.
- Concept Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and conceptualise creative ideas that align with communication strategies and project goals.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all multimedia content is consistent with our brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
- Video Production: Manage the end-to-end video production process, including storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Animation: Create engaging animations and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and visual appeal.
- Sound Design: Create audio elements for multimedia projects, including music, sound effects, and voiceovers.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.) to produce high-quality designs and videos.
- Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve content.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative and fresh content creation.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Actively contribute to brand and communication strategy and campaign planning
Who you are

- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Multimedia Art or a related field.
- 3- 4 years of experience in multimedia design, preferably within the Web3 or tech sectors.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of multimedia projects.
- The ability to bring .ai file storyboards to life in motion.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Experience with animation and video editing techniques.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Recommended Skills
- Familiarity with Web3 concepts, blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
- Experience with 3D design software (e.g., Blender, Cinema4D) is a plus.
- Understanding of communication principles and social media trends to create content that aligns with audience interests.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt quickly to changes in project scope or direction.
