Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of tokenomic models for our blockchain projects
- Collaborate with AI specialists to integrate machine learning algorithms into tokenomic systems
- Oversee the development and deployment of smart contracts related to token economics
- Conduct research on emerging trends in blockchain technology and tokenomics
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for blockchain and tokenomic systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of blockchain initiatives with overall business strategy
- Mentor junior blockchain developers and contribute to building a strong blockchain team
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cryptography, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in blockchain development, with a focus on tokenomics
- Strong understanding of various consensus mechanisms and blockchain architectures
- Proficiency in smart contract development (Solidity, Vyper, etc.)
- Experience with tokenomic modeling and implementation
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols and ecosystems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating AI/ML with blockchain systems
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the blockchain space
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
