Description du poste

  • Coordination of all transport related projects (e.g., fibre, JSL, DWDM, IP, ...) with other partners involved.
  • Coordinate all incoming information which he receives as an interface between the sub-contractors and the rollout phases.
  • Ensure a day-to-day status value update (target, plan and actual).
  • Consider the landlord concerns and interworking with Real Estate.
  • Organize and execute coordination appointments as required, unless covered by the agile ceremonies.
  • Identify risks and independent implementation of countermeasures as well as preparation of any necessary escalations.
  • Create a SLA based reporting on the performance of sub-contractors as well as a weekly project reporting.
  • Create weekly updated forecasts and reports based on the created multi-projects using the 'multi-project' reporting (target/plan/actual) and shows deviations from the required baseline.
  • Integration is complete when the final network element is in operation, according to the planning specification

Qualifications

  • Requirements for the SPOC Service
  • Minimum one SPOC per POC-Cluster
  • Process knowledge of multi service backhaul network planning (fibre, IP, xWDM)
  • Knowledge of the planning specifications in the telecommunications sector • Knowledge of handling geographical coordinates
  • Familiarization with software that is used in Telefónica Germany Higher Layer Planning e.g. usage of the following tools (list not conclusive): MS-Office incl. Visio, iQ.Link, APT software, platform X:Akta software, UTS software, Net-Site / Digis / Net-Site DSM Software Platform
  • Experience with agile methods like Scrum and Spotify
  • Person must be able to make one's own decisions
