Scopely is looking for a Senior Content Designer to join our Monopoly GO! game in the US on a remote basis!

What you・・ll do
- Work closely with the Content and Live Game team and contribute to the game experience by ideating, and designing high-quality content for the game
- Use your creativity, problem-solving skills and excellent communication to effectively articulate concepts, briefs and ideas with artists, designers and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with a team of artists and designers to produce engaging feature narratives and compelling in-game content that will drive engagement and player retention
- Write and edit clear game tutorials and in-game text copy that will resonate with players
- Research and implement ideas of how to add licensed IP into the game's content
- Help to create and maintain a content roadmap that aligns with the Live Game strategy and supports business goals
- Work in a fast-paced, iterative environment with multiple projects running simultaneously
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the mobile gaming industry and implement current trends and best practices in our content design
What we・・re looking for
- A highly creative Senior Content Designer with previous experience in content design, game design or narrative design, preferably on mobile games
- Experienced in working on live and content-heavy games
- Previous experience working with Licensed IP based content
- Proven creative-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to mentor content designers and collaborate with product teams
- Ability to work effectively with remote and global teams across different time zones
- Excellent English-language verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with localisation and text database tools
- Ability to travel for occasional team off-sites

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is provided below. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
