Responsibilities • Work directly with Italian-speaking clients to assess their specific needs and recommend appropriate cryptocurrency and blockchain solutions.
- Educate clients on the benefits, risks, and functionalities of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency investments.
- Assist clients during the implementation phase, offering technical support and ensuring successful adoption of solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space to provide clients with relevant insights.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of blockchain applications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor in the evolving blockchain landscape.
- Fluency in Italian and English is a must; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in consulting, customer support, or a similar role, especially within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industries.
- A solid understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency principles.
- A keen interest in emerging technologies and their business applications.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
