Your Responsibilities • Serve as a key point of contact for German-speaking clients in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector.
- Educate clients on the benefits and functionality of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency solutions.
- Analyze client needs and recommend tailored blockchain applications to meet their goals.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients using our cryptocurrency services.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower clients in understanding blockchain technology.
- Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to cryptocurrency.
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Background in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, or related fields is highly desirable.
