Your Responsibilities • Act as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking clients in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector.
- Educate clients on blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and their potential applications.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend customized solutions based on their business goals.
- Provide exceptional support, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to our cryptocurrency services.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower clients with knowledge about blockchain technology.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in cryptocurrency.
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong interest and understanding of fintech, digital currencies, and blockchain applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for effective client engagement.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
