Responsibilities • Consult with Nordic-speaking clients to assess their needs and deliver tailored cryptocurrency and blockchain technology solutions.
- Conduct informative presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the value of our offerings.
- Guide clients through the implementation process and assist them in overcoming any challenges they may encounter.
- Provide ongoing support, addressing client inquiries promptly and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors, sharing insights with clients.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the blockchain space.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in consulting, customer support, or a related role, preferably in the cryptocurrency or blockchain fields.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency fundamentals.
- A keen interest in emerging technologies and their potential applications in various industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
