Role Overview Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Global Director of Token Channel Sales will lead the development and execution of Coin Factory’s global channel sales strategy for tokenized assets and services. You’ll build and manage partnerships with crypto exchanges, financial platforms, and technology resellers to distribute our offerings, driving significant revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a global channel sales strategy to promote Coin Factory’s tokenized assets, GMaaS, and related services.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic channel partners, including crypto exchanges, DeFi platforms, and fintech resellers.
- Develop partner enablement programs, including training, incentives, and co-marketing initiatives to maximize sales performance.
- Negotiate and manage high-value partner agreements to ensure alignment with revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the CRO and marketing teams to create channel-specific campaigns and sales collateral.
- Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track partner performance, manage sales pipelines, and forecast channel revenue.
- Monitor crypto market trends and regulatory landscapes to optimize channel strategies.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of channel sales experience, with 2+ years in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industries.
- Proven track record of building channel programs that generate $5M+ in annual revenue.
- Deep understanding of tokenization, DeFi, and crypto exchange ecosystems (e.g., Binance, Coinbase, Kraken).
- Strong experience in partner relationship management and contract negotiation.
- Existing network of contacts in crypto, fintech, or financial services sectors.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree or crypto certifications (e.g., Blockchain Council) preferred.
