Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Product Manager to lead strategic execution across Thrive’s core protocol, dashboard, and ecosystem-facing interfaces. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with a part-time Senior Product Advisor to turn top-level strategy into fast, reliable execution.
You’ll manage specs, sprints, and cross-functional coordination to ensure the right things ship on time, with quality. You’ll be the operational heartbeat across engineering, design, DevRel, and leadership.
This is a high-trust IC role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has shipped at the intersection of crypto, product, and users.
What You’ll Do • Own execution of the product roadmap in coordination with leadership and ecosystem partners
- Translate goals into well-scoped requirements, mockups, tickets, and weekly priorities
- Lead sprint planning and syncs with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure platform features - from reviewer tools to milestone flows to dashboards - ship on time and with high fidelity
- Align product work with builder, reviewer, and DAO needs across ecosystems
- Coordinate QA, testing, launch readiness, and async delivery rituals
- Communicate trade-offs, unblock execution, and maintain forward motion at all times
Success Looks Like • Thrive’s core protocol, dashboard, and contributor flows ship with speed, quality, and measurable impact
- Top builder, reviewer, and partner use cases are supported through simple, intuitive UX - with friction removed
- Product systems and rituals (sprint planning, QA, testing, specs, tickets) run smoothly without bottlenecks
- 3-5 major product launches land per quarter, aligned with ecosystem goals and growth KPIs
- Engineering and design teammates are unblocked quickly and deliver with clarity and confidence
- Builder onboarding, application quality, and milestone completion rates improve quarter over quarter
- You become the trusted owner of cross-functional execution - from roadmap to sprint to shipped
- 3-6 years of product management experience - ideally in high-growth tech or crypto startups
- Proven track record of shipping complex products from zero to live in fast-paced environments
- Deep understanding of how to manage priorities, scope, and delivery cycles
- Clear grasp of UX, UI, and how to work effectively with design and engineering
- Familiar with Web3 tools, patterns, and user expectations (wallets, onchain data, DAOs)
- Organized and detail-oriented without adding overhead - you move things forward, not sideways
- Great async communicator across Slack, Notion, Telegram, and linear-style tools
- Based in Lisbon (preferred), or able to operate in EU-aligned time zones
