TradeSim is a division of Eightcap that provides simulated trading technology. We are seeking an individual with extensive product growth experience to support our rapid expansion plus drive commercial growth and product strategy.
The Product Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Eightcap’s simulated trading division. This person will be responsible for developing and executing product and market strategies that align with the fast-evolving prop trading landscape and for providing product leadership across the team.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a product strategy for Eightcap TradeSim’s own brands that ensures product differentiation, clear brand identity and direction.
- Deliver revenue growth for Eightcap TradeSim’s own brands via partner marketing, direct marketing, risk management, product development and the introduction of new features defined in the product strategy.
- Oversee digital strategy, promotion management, and day-to-day responsibility to ensure the product is delivering as expected.
- Engage closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Partners, Product Operations, Customer Support, Engineering and Risk to execute the product strategy for each own brand.
- Act as the central point of contact for all product and brand-related activity for the relevant brands.
- Collaborate with Discord moderators to support community engagement.
- Identify and target new industry verticals and opportunities for growth within the simulated trading and trading education sectors.
- Lead and manage a small team, ensuring that all members are aligned and have consistent methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to create product strategy and drive execution.
- Proven track record and experience in the online trading sector; an understanding of the prop trading landscape is highly desirable.
- Solid knowledge of trading technology, including FX, crypto, web3 or financial markets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
- Relationships within the prop trading industry is desirable but not essential.
