Position Overview:The Capital Markets Associate will support Plural Energy’s capital-raising initiatives for renewable energy issuers. Reporting to the Head of Capital Markets, this role will focus on sourcing, relationship management, and execution of fundraising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:• Support execution of investor outreach strategies and fundraising initiatives.
- Assist in cultivating relationships with institutional investors, family offices, broker-dealers, and wealth managers.
- Conduct market research and prepare investor-facing materials.
- Manage CRM systems and investor pipelines.
- Help coordinate due diligence processes and respond to investor inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams on fundraising strategy and reporting.
Qualifications:• 2-6 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, infrastructure finance, or financial services.
- Experience in capital formation at renewable energy and infrastructure companies strongly preferred.
- Strong interest in renewable energy, private markets, or blockchain.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency with Excel/financial modeling and presentation development.
