As Chief of Staff, reporting directly to Pacman you will play a critical role in supporting operational, strategic and business development functions as well as leading and managing special projects.
Responsibilities
- Support with business development efforts with dApp and infrastructure teams building on Blast
- Lead and manage our community team and triage user reports to engineering and product
- Coordinate and manage internal operational projects and functions
- Lead and manage special projects such as the organization of dApp competitions and events like the Big Bang competition
- Travel as needed to SF, NYC, worldwide

- Prior experience in tech, start-ups, consulting, or investment banking
- Deep familiarity with the blockchain industry and the EVM landscape in particular
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong process and project management skills with high attention to detail, proactive and well organized
- Nice to have: fluent in Mandarin (both verbal and written), proficient in SQL, Excel, and web3 data tools like Flipside/Dune
