The Role
We’re hiring for Tempo’s Partnerships & Ecosystem team. In this role, you will identify and bring aboard partners ranging from large enterprises and infrastructure providers to startups to build on Tempo.
Responsibilities
- Help define and drive Tempo’s overall ecosystem strategy
- Build and own relationships with enterprise design partners, ensuring they succeed in building on Tempo
- Grow Tempo’s broader ecosystem of infrastructure providers, developers, and startups
- Act as the voice of partners internally, shaping product priorities and roadmaps
- Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic collaborations and co-development opportunities
- Design scalable playbooks for onboarding and supporting partners
- Represent Tempo externally at conferences, industry forums, and community events
Qualifications
- Deep experience scaling business development / GTM at blockchain or adjacent fintech infrastructure businesses
- Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships with enterprises and/or startups
- Strong grasp of developer ecosystems and community-building dynamics
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and align stakeholders across technical and commercial functions
- Excellent judgment in evaluating and prioritizing high-impact opportunities
