Job Overview
Responsible for designing and optimizing deposit/withdrawal processes for cryptocurrency exchanges, supporting multi-chain assets and token types to ensure efficient, secure, and compliant user experiences. Coordinate with technical, operational, and security teams to drive end-to-end product management from requirements to launch, and continuously improve product performance and user satisfaction through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Planning & Design
- Lead the product design and optimization of multi-chain asset deposit/withdrawal workflows, including on-chain asset deposits, withdrawals, transaction confirmations, and compliance integration.
- Monitor on-chain transaction statuses, design exception handling mechanisms (e.g., failed/delayed transactions) to safeguard user assets.
- Research blockchain industry security standards and regulatory requirements to ensure deposit/withdrawal features and wallet products comply with local laws.
- Collaborate with security teams to design and implement safeguards against risks such as hacking attempts and asset loss.
- Market Insights & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct global market research and competitive analysis, track industry trends, and identify innovative features to drive wallet product iterations.
- Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with business, compliance, design, R&D, QA, and security teams to drive project implementation.
- Data-Driven Optimization
- Analyze core product metrics and user feedback to continuously refine deposit/withdrawal processes and wallet functionalities, enhancing user satisfaction.
- Customer Support & Service
- Provide high-quality customer support to resolve issues related to wallet product usage.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Blockchain, or a related field.
- Work Experience
- 3+ years of experience in blockchain or Web3 industries.
- Proven track record of managing at least one product through its full lifecycle.
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in blockchain fundamentals and mainstream public chain ecosystems (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, BSC).
- Deep understanding of on-chain asset management, private key protection, multi-signature mechanisms, and cross-chain bridges.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to independently conduct requirements analysis and product design.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Thorough knowledge of product development lifecycles and project management methodologies.
